By accessing this website or engaging our coaching services, you agree to these terms.
Lassi Albin Executive Coaching provides individual executive coaching services to senior leaders and corporate clients. Services are delivered online, by telephone, or in person as agreed between the parties.
All coaching engagements are subject to a separate coaching agreement signed prior to commencement. That agreement governs session frequency, duration, fees, and cancellation terms.
The minimum engagement is 6 sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Coaching is priced at €250 per hour excluding VAT. VAT is applied where required under Spanish and EU tax law.
Payment terms are specified in the individual coaching agreement. Corporate invoicing is available for sponsored engagements.
All coaching conversations are strictly confidential. We will not disclose the content of sessions or the identity of clients without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
All content on this website — including text, design, and structure — is the property of Lassi Albin Viljakainen. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Coaching is a professional development service. It does not constitute psychological therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lassi Albin Viljakainen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or engagement in coaching services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
